What Referalli does
A short overview of how Referalli tracks referrals, calculates commissions and pays partners.
Referalli is a platform for running partner, affiliate and referral programs. It records who sent each customer to you, works out what each partner is owed from your real billing events, and pays partners through a payment provider you connect yourself.
Who uses it
There are two sides to Referalli, each with its own sign-in:
Merchants run programs from the merchant dashboard. They sign in at
/login.Partners promote merchants' programs from the partner portal. They sign in at
/portal/login.
One partner account can work with several merchants. The portal shows each merchant separately.
How a referral becomes a payout
- A partner shares a link
Each partner gets tracked links for the programs they belong to. When someone clicks, Referalli records the click.
- The visitor signs up
Your site reports the signup. Referalli matches the new customer to the partner who sent them, using the program's attribution model and click window.
- The customer pays
When a connected billing provider reports a paid invoice, Referalli applies the program's commission rule and adds a commission to the ledger.
- The hold ends and you approve
Commissions wait for a hold period so refunds can be reversed first. When the hold ends, you approve them.
- You pay partners
A payout run collects every approved balance over the partner's threshold and sends it through your connected payment provider.
Things worth knowing
Nothing is overwritten. The commission ledger is append-only. Refunds, disputes and manual corrections are added as new entries, so the history stays complete.
You keep control of money. Payouts go out from your own payment provider account. Referalli doesn't hold your funds.
Partners can see why. Every referral shows how it was matched, and partners can see why they did or didn't get credit.
