Referalli has three places to check how your programs are doing: Overview for the last 30 days at a glance, Referrals for each attributed customer, and Reports for deeper breakdowns. All three are under Measure in the left-hand menu.

Overview

The Overview page covers the last 30 days.

  • Four totals: Attributed revenue, Commissions earned, Referred signups and Active partners.

  • A daily chart. Switch between clicks, signups and revenue with the buttons above it.

  • Funnel: clicks, signups and payments, with the click-to-signup and signup-to-paid rates.

  • Traffic quality: how many clicks were filtered by fraud scoring.

  • Clawbacks: commissions reversed because of refunds and disputes.

Referrals

Referrals lists every attributed customer, with how they were matched, the match confidence, the status and the date. Select journey to see the full path: the attribution model, the window, each click with its share of credit, and which click won.

Reports

The Reports page has these sections:

  • Cohort LTV by signup month: customers, revenue and average lifetime value for each signup month, over the last six months.

  • Revenue by channel and Revenue by geo: bar charts of attributed revenue.

  • Coupon performance: revenue for each coupon code.

  • Partner performance: clicks, referrals, payments, revenue, earned and reversed commission for each partner.

To download partner performance as a spreadsheet, select Download partner CSV at the top of the page.

Finance exports

The Finance exports card in Tools creates accounting files for the current year:

  • QuickBooks CSV and Xero CSV: payouts in a format you can import.

  • Full data export: a full export of your organization's data, as one file.

  • 1099-NEC data: the totals you need for US 1099-NEC forms. The result appears at the top of the page.

One partner at a time

In Partners, select detail next to a partner to see their quality score, balances and links.
