Tour the partner portal

The partner portal has a row of tabs across the top. This page explains each one. At the top right you'll also find a light/dark theme switch, a Language menu with ten languages, and Sign out.

Promote and earn

• Home greets you and shows your totals: Eligible clicks, Referred signups and Paying customers. It lists each merchant you work with, your programs and their status, and your pending, approved and paid balances. Milestones shows achievements you've unlocked.

• Links is where you create tracked links and get QR codes. See Create your links.

• Assets, titled Creative assets, has the banners, copy, videos and logos from the programs you're approved in, grouped by merchant and program. See Use creative assets.

• Earnings lists your referrals and explains how each one was credited. See Track earnings and get paid.

• Payouts lists your payouts and holds your payout method and tax form.

• Disputes is where you tell a merchant about a missing referral or an unpaid commission, and follow what they decided. See Raise a dispute.

• Financing offers an advance against your future commissions, based on your monthly run-rate. The fee is added to what you repay, and repayment is taken from future commissions.

• Passport is a signed record of your track record that you can share with merchants. Select Verify signature to check it, or Copy passport JSON to share it.

• Deals lets you register a larger account you're working on by hand, with Company, Contact email and Estimated annual value (USD). Approved deals are protected for you even without a tracked click.

Find programs

• Marketplace lists public programs you can apply to. See Get discovered and find programs.

• Public profile is how merchants find and invite you.

• Invitations shows merchants who invited you to their programs.

• Contracts shows custom terms a merchant has offered you. Select Accept & sign or Decline.

Your account

• Verification is where you verify your identity, if a merchant requires it before paying you.

• Notifications shows new conversions and payouts.

• Settings has your verified profile, two-factor sign-in (including turning it off), program terms, your recruit link and conversion postbacks. See Account settings.
