Your commissions move through three states. They start as pending while the merchant's hold period runs, become approved when the merchant approves them, and become paid when they're sent to you. Your Home tab shows all three balances for each merchant.

See your referrals

The Earnings tab, titled Referrals & credit, lists each customer you referred, how they were matched, their status and when.

Select why? next to a referral to open Attribution detail. It shows:

  • how the customer was matched, and how confident the match is

  • the attribution model and the length of the window

  • how many clicks were considered, and your share of the credit

Set up your payout details

Each merchant pays you separately, so set up your payout details once for each merchant. You must do this before your first payout.

  1. Open Payouts

Select the Payouts tab and scroll to Payout method & tax form.

  2. Choose the merchant

Under Merchant, choose who these details are for.

  3. Choose how to be paid

Under Method, choose how you want to be paid, then fill in the field that appears next to it (see the table below).

  4. Choose your payout currency

Under Payout currency, choose the currency you want to be paid in: USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, CHF, SEK, BRL or INR. Keep current (the default) leaves your currency as it is, which is USD if you're setting up for the first time.

  5. Fill in your tax form

Under Tax form, choose W-9 (US person) or W-8BEN (non-US). Enter your Legal name and Address, plus your TIN / SSN for a W-9 or your Country for a W-8BEN.

  6. Enter your two-factor code, if asked

If you've turned on two-factor sign-in, a Two-factor code field appears. Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. If the code is wrong or has expired, the form says so; enter the new code and save again.

  7. Save

Select Save payout details. A message confirms you're payable.

What each method needs

What to enter

PayPal

PayPal email: the email address of your PayPal account.

Wise

Wise recipient ID: the number Wise gives the recipient account. Digits only.

Stripe

Stripe connected account ID: starts with acct_.

Bank transfer (ACH via Stripe)

Stripe connected account ID: starts with acct_. The bank transfer goes through Stripe.

Payoneer

Payoneer payee ID.

Gift cards & rewards (Tremendous)

Recipient email, where the reward is sent, and Recipient name (optional).

USDC (Circle)

Wallet address (USDC), and the Network: ETH, MATIC, ARB, BASE, AVAX or SOL. Ethereum-style networks need an address starting with 0x; SOL needs a Solana address.

If what you entered doesn't fit the method, the form tells you what's missing before anything is saved. The merchant must have connected the provider for your method, so check with them if you're unsure which they support.

If you choose a currency different from the one the merchant's commissions are in, the merchant must have recorded an exchange rate between the two before they can pay you. Until they have, you're left out of their payout runs, so check with them before you switch.

Saving your payout details again keeps your minimum payout as it is. The merchant sets the minimum, and you can't change it yourself.

When you get paid

The merchant decides when to pay. You're included in a payout once:

  • your commissions have passed the hold and been approved

  • your approved balance for that merchant is at least your minimum threshold (50.00 unless the merchant has changed it)

  • your payout details and tax form are saved

  • you've passed identity verification, if the merchant requires it

  • your account with that merchant is active. While a merchant has suspended you, you keep earning but aren't paid; everything you earned, including while suspended, is paid once they reactivate you. While a merchant has banned you, you earn nothing new from them and aren't paid; if they lift the ban, you earn on new payments from then on, nothing is paid for the banned period, and what you'd earned before the ban is paid. A merchant's ban applies only to that merchant.

Each payout appears in the Payouts tab with its amount, method, status and date sent. Select invoice to open its self-billing invoice.

Raise a dispute

If a customer you referred isn't credited to you, or a commission hasn't been paid, tell the merchant in the Disputes tab.

  1. Open Disputes

    Select the Disputes tab.

  2. Fill in Raise a dispute

Choose the Merchant, choose the Type (Missing attribution or Unpaid commission), and explain in What happened? in at least 10 characters.

  3. File it

Select File dispute. The merchant reviews it with your ledger and referral journey evidence attached.

Your disputes lists everything you've filed, newest first, with the merchant, the type and the status. Once the merchant decides, their resolution and the date appear under your description.

Verify your identity

Some merchants require identity verification before they pay you.

  1. Select the Verification tab.

  2. Enter your Legal name and Country (ISO code, e.g. US).

  3. Select Submit for verification.

Your status then shows as verified, pending or rejected. If you're rejected, check your details and submit again. You can submit up to five times an hour.
