Invite and approve partners
Add and enroll partners by email, invite creators, approve applications, and manage a partner's programs, payout minimum and status.
Partners reach your programs in a few ways. You can add them by email, invite creators who publish a profile, or let them apply through your join page or marketplace listing. Applications wait for your approval unless the program auto-approves.
Add a partner by email
- Open Partners
Under Configure, select Partners.
- Fill in Add a partner
Enter their Email and, optionally, a Display name.
- Choose a program
Under Enroll in program, choose the program they should earn in. If you have only one program it's chosen for you. Choose Don't enroll yet to add them without a program.
- Add them
Select Add partner. A message confirms "Added and enrolled in …" (or "Added — not enrolled in any program yet."), and they appear in the list with their status. Partners you enroll are approved straight away and can create links for that program.
- Tell them to sign up with that email
When they create a partner account with the same email, they claim this record and see your organization in their portal. Their email must be verified for the claim to work.
If the partner is added but enrolling fails, the message says so. Enroll them from their page instead (below).
Invite a creator
Creators are partners who published a public profile on Referalli.
- Open Creators
Under Grow, select Creators.
- Search
Filter by Search, Category, Min audience and Min engagement %, then select Search. Each result shows the creator's channels, reach, engagement and track record.
- Invite
Select Invite. If you have more than one program, choose the program by its number. You can add a short note.
- Track the invitation
The invitation appears under Invitations you've sent with its status. Select Withdraw to cancel a pending invitation.
The creator sees your invitation in the Invitations tab of their portal. If they accept, they join the program straight away, with no approval step.
Approve applications
Partners who apply through your join page (when auto-approve is off) or through the marketplace wait for your decision.
Go to Programs and select designer next to the program.
Scroll to Applications. Each pending application shows the partner's name and email.
Select Approve or Reject.
Approved partners can create links for the program in their portal.
See a partner's details
In Partners, select detail next to a partner. Their page shows:
Quality score: a score out of 100 based on retention, refunds and trial-to-paid conversion.
Programs: each program they're enrolled in, with the enrollment's status and date.
Balances: pending, approved, paid and reversed amounts for each currency.
Links: each link's code, destination and clicks.
Payout profile: how they're paid, and their minimum payout.
Enroll them in another program
In the Programs card, choose a program under Enroll in program and select Enroll. The list only offers programs they aren't already in. If they aren't in any program yet, the card says so.
Set their minimum payout
Once the partner has saved a payout method, the Payout profile card shows the method and currency and a Minimum payout field. Enter an amount such as 25.00 and select Save threshold. Payout runs skip the partner until their approved balance reaches it. A new payout profile starts at 50.00. Until the partner sets up a payout method, the card says there's no threshold to set.
The minimum you set stays in place when the partner saves their payout details again in their portal. Partners can't change it themselves.
Reactivate a suspended or banned partner
A suspended or banned partner's page shows a Reactivate button next to their status. Select it and confirm to make them active again.
Suspended: they kept earning while suspended, but weren't paid. Everything they earned, including while suspended, is released to the next payout run.
Banned: they earn on new payments from now on. Nothing is paid retroactively for the time they were banned, because nothing was recorded for them then. What they'd earned before the ban is paid in the next payout run.
