These Terms govern your access to and use of the Referalli platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

1. Accounts

You sign in through Atlas, our authentication provider. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your Atlas sign-in methods (password, passkeys, two-factor codes) secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to bind any organization you register. Merchant and partner accounts are distinct; each is subject to these Terms.

2. The Service

Referalli provides affiliate and partnership management: attribution tracking, commission calculation, payouts, fraud controls, and a partner marketplace. Our docs, community, and status page are hosted for us by Forumulate; content you post in the community is public to other readers and must follow these Terms. Availability targets and support commitments, if any, are described in your order or plan.

3. Fees and payment

Paid plans are a flat subscription, billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, and are non-refundable except where required by law. We charge no transaction, conversion or payout fees on any plan; the subscription price shown on our pricing page is the whole fee. You authorize us to charge your payment method for your subscription. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. We may change pricing on renewal with prior notice.

4. Commissions and payouts

Referalli computes commissions from the events you and your integrations report, and sends payouts through payout providers you connect with your own accounts (such as PayPal, Wise, Stripe, Payoneer, or Tremendous). Referalli does not hold your funds; payouts are paid from your provider account, under your agreement with that provider. You are responsible for the accuracy of underlying data, for the lawfulness of your program terms, and for any tax obligations, including collecting valid tax forms from partners where required. Referalli is not a bank, money transmitter, or tax advisor.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to commit fraud, launder money, infringe rights, send unlawful communications, or circumvent attribution or fraud controls. We may suspend accounts that threaten the integrity of the platform or other users.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain rights in your data; you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate as described in your plan. On termination you may export your data for a limited period, after which we may delete it, subject to legal retention requirements and our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Questions: message the Referalli team privately through the community.
