Receive a billing provider webhook

Where a billing provider posts its events, verified with the provider's own signature scheme and the connection secret (the previous secret too during a rotation). Paid invoices become conversions and commissions, refunds and disputes reverse them, and coupon codes on a payment attribute the customer. Idempotent by provider event id: a redelivery answers duplicate: true. 404 for unknown or paused connections, 401 for a bad signature.

Auth: a signature (see above); no API key.
