Getting a good answer
Search first; your question may already be answered.
Post in the right category: merchant, partner, or API & integrations.
Say what you expected, what happened instead, and the steps to reproduce it.
Include relevant IDs, request paths and error messages, but never API keys, webhook secrets, payout details or other people's personal data.
When a reply solves it, mark it as the answer so others can find it.
