# Welcome to the Referalli community

This is the place to ask questions, share how you run your programs and suggest improvements to Referalli — whether you are a merchant running a partner program, a partner promoting one, or a developer integrating with the API.

## Getting a good answer

- Search first; your question may already be answered.
- Post in the right category: merchant, partner, or API & integrations.
- Say what you expected, what happened instead, and the steps to reproduce it.
- Include relevant IDs, request paths and error messages, but never API keys, webhook secrets, payout details or other people's personal data.
- When a reply solves it, mark it as the answer so others can find it.

## Other resources

- [Documentation](/docs) for concepts and the API reference.
- [Guides](/guides) for step-by-step setup.
- [Status](/status) for current incidents and maintenance.

## Be respectful

Be kind and patient, assume good intent, and keep discussion on topic. No spam or unsolicited promotion.
